  24. Hi Kate, I am so sorry for your loss. As I see this beautiful picture of your little one and your loss for words, I begin to live those moments again after I lost my daughter Grace. The weeks following the memorial service were just unbearable. I would be lying if I told you that it gets any better. Here I am almost 2 years later and all I can do is try to make myself stop thinking about that day when we lost her. And then I feel guilty for making myself forget to lessen my pain. Both Gavin and Grace are in a special place in heaven with all the other children that were taken from us too soon. Hugs, Lauren

  25. There may be days in the future when you don't feel capable of posting anything at all. That's OK too. Most of us are checking in to check on you, so don't feel that you have to post anything for us. We will continue to check in even when nothing is posted for the day - take care of yourself and do what you need to do.

I continue to admire your strength and faith as you go forward on your journey. Please know that others are always thinking of you and remembering Gavin.
